How do I receive my membership savings on additional purchases online?
Club members save 15% on all wine purchases in addition to other great benefits. In order to receive your special pricing while shopping online, you must log in to your account online. Once logged in, your savings will automatically apply. To request an online profile or for any other assistance, please contact us by phone or email.
How do I book my complimentary tastings when visiting the Estate?
For your convenience, we have made scheduling member appointments in advance simple. Visit us online at Tock, select your experience and complete your reservation. You may also contact us directly via phone or email. Whatever works best for you!
How do I go about cancelling my membership?
We understand that automatic shipments are not always convenient and that you might prefer to order on an as-needed basis. Please contact us directly to make any changes, this is not an on-line option. If you have a shipment en route at the time of cancellation, you will still be obligated for that delivery, as we cannot retrieve wines once they have left the controlled conditions of our warehouse.
