2002 Reserve Merlot

This wine is big, ripe, and luscious and produced all from the Rutherford Estate. The aromas of ripe, candied red luscious fruits, hints of mint, licorice, toffee, bing cherry, and blueberry fill the nose. The mouthfeel is complex, luscious, very rich and fat, yet balanced. The fruit explodes in the mouth with bing cherry, strawberry, plum, and blueberry all mingled with loads of toffee. The finish lasts more than 60 seconds. Buy it while it lasts.
