The grapes stem from 3 vineyards in South Napa. Green Island, Nicol Vineyards and Sarco. The 3 areas add complexity and richness to the wine. The grapes were picked when the berries were golden, translucent and very tasty. The grapes were pressed whole cluster in a bladder press to achieve a very gentle and delicate pressing.
