Best way to enjoy this wine:
Decant to drop off sediment, select your favorite seat in the house, sit back and watch the wine unfold. A very attractive nose of maple syrup, cinnamon, cedar, and cardamom. Savory Victoria plum, black cherry jubilee, currant, and spices balance out the coating (but not overbearing) tannins.
