The 2008 vintage was the end of a two year drought cycle in Napa Valley. It was a very dry and cold spring resulting in the longest frost season for 30 years. Cassis, raspberry and milk chocolate flavors throughout. The finish is long with velvety cherry and smoky dry finish.
